I’m Melissa Fournier, founder of Cienti Consulting Inc. I support organizations in navigating change, strengthening operations, and fostering collaborative workplaces. My work focuses on the intersection of people and systems, where thoughtful strategy, collaboration, and change come together to strengthen organizations.
I’m drawn to work that brings people, ideas, and systems into alignment. I believe meaningful progress happens when organizations create space for thoughtful dialogue, collaboration, and shared problem-solving. My approach supports teams in navigating complex dynamics while building practical strategies that strengthen workplaces and support long-term success.
My work focuses on guiding organizational change, strengthening operations, and supporting work environments in understanding how people and teams can best work together. I draw on experience in business and program development, resource management, and facilitated professional training to help organizations translate strategy into clear, actionable steps.
I hold a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management, and a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma. This work has deepened my expertise in navigating conflict, supporting organizational change, and helping organizations build stronger, healthier, and more resilient workplaces.
