Melissa Fournier is a conflict practitioner, facilitator, and founder of Cienti Consulting Inc. She supports individuals, teams, and organizations navigating complex conversations, organizational change, and evolving workplace dynamics. Her work is grounded in the intersection of people and systems, where thoughtful dialogue, collaboration, and practical strategies come together to support meaningful outcomes.
Melissa is drawn to work that brings people, perspectives, and systems into alignment. With experience in organizational development, change leadership, facilitation, and professional learning, Melissa helps individuals and organizations navigate complexity and strengthen how they work together. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management, and a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma, which inform her approach to conflict engagement, mediation, and organizational practice.
Melissa offers mediation, conflict coaching, and facilitated dialogue services, supporting parties in navigating challenging conversations, exploring perspectives and interests, and working toward practical, collaborative solutions.
