My experience spans business and program development, operations and process efficiency, grant sourcing, resource management, and professional training - all areas where the right customized organizational solutions can drive real impact. I hold a Master of Business Administration and a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma, and I specialize in mapping out clear, actionable steps that help individuals, businesses, and communities reach their goals through strategic organizational solutions.

I’m on a journey to becoming a skilled conflict practitioner, earning a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management with a focus on organizational change management.
